SEP sesam is a high performance data backup solution. It runs on a wide variety of operating systems like LINUX, Windows, Netware and more. To ensure non-stop access to business critical resources it supports online backup of all important databases, including Oracle, DB2, MS-SQL, SAP R/3 and MySQL.
SEP sesam offers special functions for backup and restore of mail and groupware servers like Open-Xchange, MS-Exchange, Scalix, Zarafa, Lotus Domino and GroupWise. Simple and comfortable Single-Mail Restore is available for Open-Xchange, Zarafa and Scalix. Additional extensions exist for VMWare and XEN. Central SEP sesam components are Open Source and available under the GPLv2 SEP Open Source Modules.
